By using unit42.uz you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with any clause, please do not use the site.
1. Purpose of the site
The site is designed for pre-ordering duty-free goods by passengers of international flights departing from Uzbekistan. Actual handover and payment happen in the duty-free zone of the departure airport.
2. Registration & account
By registering you confirm that the data you provide is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for any actions taken under your account.
3. Orders
An order is considered confirmed once the SMS confirmation has been sent. The store may refuse an order if flight data cannot be verified or the item is out of stock.
Only passengers on international flights on the day of departure may purchase duty-free goods.
4. Prices & payment
Prices are listed in conventional units (USD/EUR) and converted to UZS at the Central Bank rate on the day of payment. Payment is taken at the airport store cashier.
5. Age restrictions
Alcohol and tobacco are sold only to passengers aged 20+ on presentation of passport.
6. Returns
Duty-free goods are not eligible for return or exchange except for manufacturing defects identified at the moment of handover.
7. Intellectual property
All materials on the site (texts, images, logos) belong to the store or are used under licence. Any copying without consent is prohibited.
8. Governing law
Disputes are resolved under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
