Public Offer
This document is the official offer (public offer) of the unit42.uz online store and contains the essential terms of the retail purchase agreement with pre-order via the site.
1. Parties
Seller — operator of duty-free stores at international airports of Uzbekistan.
Buyer — a legally capable individual who has placed an order on unit42.uz and is a passenger on an international flight.
2. Subject
The Seller transfers ownership of the ordered goods to the Buyer in the duty-free zone of the departure airport. The Buyer accepts and pays for the goods.
3. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when the Buyer receives an SMS confirmation that the order has been accepted.
4. Price & payment
Prices are listed on the site at the moment of placing the order. Payment is made at the store cashier on the day of departure.
5. Handover
Goods are handed over to the Buyer at the duty-free store of the departure airport upon presentation of passport, boarding pass, and order SMS.
6. Liability
The Seller is not liable for the failure to fulfil an order due to flight cancellation or rescheduling by the Buyer.
7. Validity
The offer is valid from the moment of publication on the site until withdrawn by the Seller.
